Objective: To present content and techniques related to project management that are able to assist the student in acquiring knowledge and developing specific skills, critical and analytical thinking, innovation and creativity, leadership and interpersonal dynamics as well as the development of values, attitudes, technical knowledge and skills, necessary to face the emerging challenges that are presented to organizations. FCA-0054 - INTRODUCTION TO QUALITY Objective: To present an overview of the evolution of quality management and the tools and performance indicators aimed at quality. Menu: Introduction to quality; Evolution of quality thinking; 7 basic quality tools; 7 quality management tools; Quality indicators

FCA-0055 - SIX SIGMA Objective: To present Six Sigma concepts and tools. Develop statistical analysis using Minitab software. Menu: Overview of the six sigma methodology; DMAIC process; SIPOC and VOC; Introduction to Minitab; Sampling; Analysis R $ R; Standards in data; Process capacity; Hypothesis testing; Control chart; Quality control.

FCA-0056 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN LEAN SIX SIGMA Objective: To instruct the student with the main concepts and applications in Project Management. Develop a critical view on success criteria in projects; Offer tools that favor decision-making in projects; Develop skills in project planning and control and problem solving skills. Menu: Ten areas of knowledge of the PMBOK; Scope, time, cost and risk.

FCA-0057 - LEAN PRODUCTION Objective: To instruct the student with concepts and tools of Lean Procution. Menu: Concepts of Lean Production; Lean tools; Process mapping (VSM); Balancing.
