FCA-0056 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN LEAN SIX SIGMA Objective: To instruct the student with the main concepts and applications in Project Management. Develop a critical view on success criteria in projects; Offer tools that favor decision-making in projects; Develop skills in project planning and control and problem solving skills.
